GeneSTAR Tenderness
is a DNA-based test for variants of the bovine Calpastatin gene and is associated with increased tenderness and/or increased toughness.
GeneSTAR Marbling is
a DNA-based diagnostic test which distinguishes between alleles of the Thyroglobulin gene.
